Go to the library, choose a file and register with the librarian. You CANNOT take the file out from the library. You can only keep the file for 2 lessons unless there’re no registered bookings. Advance booking is strongly recommended.

Look at the front page which will tell you the type of task, length of workout and a suggestion or 2 of what to do next. Do the exercises, write the answers on your own file and check the answers using the answer key at the back of each topic. Try using a pen of another color for corrections. When it’s time to take a break, fill in the evaluation form and return the file. Mark the time in and out.
