Take Care of your Body!! Dental Fitness Nutrition

Taking Care of your Teeth It is important to brush your teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. You should brush your teeth for 2 minutes, making sure to get the teeth in the very back of your mouth!! After you finish brushing you need to floss your teeth. Floss gets places tooth brushes can not. This helps mouths stay healthy and keeps the Cavities away!

When you brush your teeth you keep all these parts of your tooth healthy!

Fitness When you work out you: –You have more energy –Improved Self-image –Weight control –Toned muscles –Healthy heart –Stamina –And you just FEEL BETTER!!!!
