Spreadsheets for SiteManager Materials 2007 HIGHWAY CONTRACTOR’S MEETING March 13 th (Bowling Green) March 16 th (Lexington) Presented By: Ross Mills

SiteManager Materials è What is SiteManager è Contractor’s responsibilities è What materials are involved è Where to obtain spreadsheets è Production Date è Spreadsheet Training è Questions

What is SiteManager Materials? SiteManager Materials is a new data base system that will be taking the place of the current KMIMS system. This system will be used to track and record all test data for KYTC construction projects.

Contractor’s Responsibilities The contractor will be required to submit spreadsheets to the Resident Engineer for more materials than currently doing for KMIMS.

Spreadsheets used by the Contractor è Asphalt Mix Designs è Asphalt Acceptance è Concrete Mix Design è Concrete Pavement QC/QA è Concrete Structural/Non-Structural QC/QA è Aggregate QC/QA è Soils QC/QA è Striping

Colors indicate who fills in the data

Contractor will enter project information

Labs will have a unique ID Technicians will have to be entered All test results will be entered

Obtaining Spreadsheets and User Instructions Spreadsheets and instructions will be located on the Division of Materials website at: New producer numbers and material codes will also be located on the website.

Production Date?  SiteManager Materials is scheduled to go into production on April 16 th, 2007  All current and future projects after this date will be required to use the appropriate spreadsheets (when completed)
