Disbursements; What are they? Efficient utilisation of materials (reduction of bill of quantities) Adds value at plot level and to the aesthetic value of the environment Timely completion of project (phase) Ultimate achievement of project according to design Longevity of structures (facilities) Timely payment of incentives (UBSUP) Why is it Important to ensure high quality ? 2

Decreases the costs of labor (labor=25%-30% of construction costs) Increases donor confidence – a foundation for future funding Helps WSP in branding it’s services Helps WSTF’s achieve its ultimate goal Helps in the reduction of disease infestation Increases the revenue for WSP Why is it Important to ensure high quality ?
