Things to Remember You cannot create function and object codes in the online grants system. Those that are provided in the drop down lists are all that can be used. 10% rule no longer applies. The system does not allow the transfer of line items when closing out a project. Please keep this in mind throughout the life of the project and remember to adjust if needed several months prior to the end of the project. Changes can be made to the application up to 15 days before the project end date.

Things to Remember Grant recipients have 60 days to disburse all funds. This replaces the 90 days that was allowed previously in the Form 2 System. Recipients must have all expenses reported within two reporting cycles after the project end date.
