Guidelines: Key Changes Request “phase in” of implementation Spring-Summer Train induction and PK-5 continuing contract teachers train on SLO process. Induction teachers use Student Growth measures within their evaluation Annual contract teachers train on SLOs. PK-5 Continuing Contract teachers use Student Growth measures within their evaluation 6-12 Continuing Contract teachers train on SLOs Practice is measured using SAFE-T and one of the following rubrics: SAFE-T, SC Teaching Standards, Enhanced ADEPT or district developed aligned rubric. Annual Contract teachers use Student Growth measures within their evaluation Continuing Contract teachers use Student Growth measures within their evaluation. Practice evaluation TBD per procurement of statewide rubric.
