Appraiser Login IMPORTANT : You will receive only MBOs of those executives whom the HR has designated as part of your team. In the event of non-receipt of a certain employee’s MBO, which you should have ideally got, please contact your local HR Manager who can immediately rectify it. The following few slides explain how you will receive MBOs and how you are supposed to process them.

H1 Choose the Appraiser role and the year

The names will pop up only when the Appraisee demarcated to be appraised by you has submitted the form. Absence of a name means the Appraisee has not finished his job. Choose a name to see the MBO form

Scroll Down the page after viewing and press the Continue Button

Please Note : Unit strategy is different for different locations After viewing The Unit Strategy Page press the Continue Button to proceed

IMPORTANT : You can change any information you like from hereon. After the editing is done by you the text will come up in a red colour when the Appraisee logs in next to view your comments. After you make the changes, press Continue.

Please Note that you can edit and change any text or figures in the KRAs, Corresponding Goals or Proposed results which you see on these pages. The editing will appear in red when the Appraisee logs in to check your comments Input your comments in the Appraiser’s comments portion. There will be five such pages to view and five comments to input from hereon. IMPORTANT : Appraiser’s Comments is mandatory entry in this form After you have done the necessary changes and given your comments, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Skip the Mid Term Review Section Skip The Final Review Section Press the Continue button. You move to the next KRA

After you have finished, please sign out with your name in the designated space. Thank You message indicate successful submission of comments. The Appraiser can now select next appraisee name from his home page And continue the process
