Upper Hose Bracket Installation Drill 3/8” hole on the rear of the front transfer case brackets Install bracket assembly onto brackets.
Bottom Hose Bracket Remove nut and washer on front mounts. Install bracket # with hole offset towards the left side of unit using the existing bolts and nuts Loosely install hoses coming from the drive motor into hose clamp
Hose Installation Start at drive motor and install both split flange fitting snub but not tight Route hoses through upper hose clamp and down between the transfer case and hydraulic tank Tighten clamp and split flange fittings making sure the hoses aren’t rubbing on anything Route hoses though bottom hose bracket and start bolt. Leave a little slack in the hoses between the two clamps and then tighten clamp. Hose should route cleanly down between the transfer case and hydraulic tank. If it isn’t adjust the amount of slack on bottom clamp before tightening till you have a good clearance. Hook up flat face o-ring fittings to steel lines coming off drive pump off the engine. If needed you may need to loose split flange fittings on pump to get everything to line up. Zip tie hoses between the two clamps and if needed between the lower clamp and pump steel lines.
