Psychological Needs Give an example of 2 psychological needs that foods meet. Foods help meet include security, a sense of belonging and enjoyment, What is comfort food? They are foods associate with feelings of being cared for and rewarded. How does a situation influence the types of food you enjoy? List examples You want to please your friends and family. So you are going to serve food that they like or go along with a theme of your party.
