What is anime Anime is Japanese’s animations that differ from normal cartoons in looks and drawing techniques of anime are very similar but some are very different from the rest.

Anime History Anime began at the start of the 20th century, when Japanese filmmakers experimented with animation techniques. The oldest known anime was first screened in 1917. The earliest known anime was produced in 1907 and it consists of fifty frames drawn directly onto a strip of celluloid. It shows a young boy writing the Japanese characters, then turning towards the viewer, removing his hat, and offering a salute. Although the creator's identity is unknown.

What are the characteristics of anime characters Anime drawings are exaggerated with big eyes big hair. Sometimes they also have, have small lips.

Eye styles Japanese anime/manga drawers decided to create big eyes because it showed the expressions. A anime/manga Artist called Osamu Tezuka first used this technique he was heavily inspired by American cartoons

Since the 19th century many many people worldwide have been interested in Japan and it’s culture. Worldwide, the number of people studying Japanese increased.

AOI Environments  Many anime series are trying to persuade us to protect the environment and help save animals. An example of this would be Tezuka Osamu’s “Black Jack”, in this anime a black jack saves the animals by taking care of them when they are sick. Moreover in the series “wolf family” Nobita and Doraemon help the hunters find and kill the Japanese wolf, but then Nobita changes his mind and wants to help and protect them instead.
