Don’ts Don’t make negative comments about previous employment or professors or others. Don’t falsify your application materials or answer to interview questions.
Employment Application the Don’ts Don’t ask a potential employee his or her religion. Don’t ask “how old they are” or “when did you graduate from school?” These questions might indicate discrimination on the basis of age, which is prohibited by the age Discrimination in Employment Act and ect.
Job Interviews Don’t ask the Interviewer if he or she is a citizen. Don’t ask the potential employee if he has a disability that will interfere with his ability to do the job,if he as a specific illness, of how many days he or she was sick in the past year.
Don’ts Don’t ask anything that will reveal information about the application’s race, color,national origin, religion,age,ect. Don’t ask where someone was born. Don’t ask about there skin color.
