3 HK Chapter facts Chapter is one of the eleven institutes forming the Information Technology Functional Constituency in the HK Legislative Council Chapter’s high grade members are eligible to vote and elect the IT legislative councilor who represents the IT sector in Legislative Council Meetings

4 HK Chapter facts Chapter is regularly consulted by HK Government on IT issues Currently, we are consulting members on the proposed legislative amendment of the Copyright law in Hong Kong
