Evidence 2: Practice W.S. Paste into your notebook. Work with your table partner and write a hypothesis for each scientific question.

Analysis Questions 1. What is a hypothesis? 2. What are the 3 parts to a hypothesis? 3. Which of the 3 parts is the manipulated variable? The responding variable?

Summary 3-4 sentences What did you think before about hypotheses. What did you learn about hypotheses. Further Thoughts Make sure this is thoughtful and thorough.

Reflection Write a hypothesis for this problem If Jake Locker, the quarterback of the University of Washington Huskies football team, throws 3 or more touchdowns, then the Huskies will win their games because the quarterback is the key to the teams success.
