Drawing Design:

Carving: → The new sculptures are generally based on the drawing designs. Material: Black mud, Gesso →

Carving: Sometimes,our engineers finish the new sculpture according to some material, things such as bark, wood,stone,animal etc. ← ↙ The board and bucket are made of gesso. The pipe is real, not sculptural. → ↑ The base and shoes are made of black mud. It makes the sculpture more natural than using gesso.

Opening Mold: The mold sample →→ ↓ Pour the slurry of Silica gel and brush. ← ← Paste the fiberglass on the mold sample. Material: Polyfoam, The slurry of silica gel,The slurry of polyresin, Yellow mud,Fiberglass.

Opening Mold: Pour, brush and paste again. →→ ↓ ← Then brush the slurry of polyresin.

Remove the partial polyfoam.Repeat the above steps. Opening Mold: → → The mold is OK.

Shaping ： → One mold consists of two parts. Join the two parts of the mold. ← Material: Slurry of Poly resin Check the mold and make sure the mold is good for production → Fix two parts tight with screws. ○

→ Pour the slurry of poly resin into the mold ○ Roll the mold to make the slurry cover the whole silica mold. Shaping ： → After rolling, need 15 minutes for the slurry to solidify. Open the mold and remove the silica mold from the shaped product → → Shaped product
