Contact the CSOs involved in on mitigation / adaptation and lobbying advocacy 3. Develop parameters; visit sample projects, acquire data 4. preliminary write-up in September revise parameters, secondary research 6. final document by end of December. The draft document will explore having focus group discussions with CSOs, technologists and communities.
