Assignment: Reciprocity (Give and Take)
Distribution: Reciprocity (Balance of give and take in different situations of trust in the network)
In the process of working out rules of collaboration
Rules for future collaboration (Overview)
Rules for future collaboration (Detail I)
Rules for future collaboration (Detail II)
Important roles for a long living social network
Two step process of setting up a social network: 1.Set up core competence network 2.Create structure for growing network
Creating a win-win (consensus) situation instead of a compromise
If no balance of interests is possible go for separate communities under a joint vision
Process of creating a solution which is „better“ than the different propositions (I): 1.Analyse the similarities and differences 2.Define that solution that is the best basis for integration the similarities and has the potential to further integrate missing options/characteristics
Process of creating a solution which is „better“ than the different propositions (II): 3.Check who cannot live with the integrated solution. 4.Ask those people: What must be improved in the integrated solution that you can go with the solution 5.Try to implement the suggestions
Update learning points: social network theory
Learning points: network nodes
