MCI AMATEUR RADIO CLUB JUNE 2, OBJECTIVES/BENEFITS n COMMUNITY PUBLIC SERVICE OBJECTIVE –March of Dimes Walkathon –Multiple Sclerosis Walk –Juvenile Diabetes Foundation Walk –Muscular Dystrophy Association Walk n COMMUNITY SERVICE BENEFIT –Will provide MCI corporate recognition for volunteer work already being done by employees under banner of other company amateur radio clubs.

MCI AMATEUR RADIO CLUB JUNE 2, OBJECTIVES/BENEFITS n EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS OBJECTIVE –SKYWARN (volunteer weather spotting, in conjunction with National Weather Service Forecast Offices ) –Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service –Amateur Radio Emergency Service –Intra-MCI Emergency Communications n EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS BENEFIT –Will provide public relations to local, state, and national governmental agencies and similar emergency service groups in other corporations.
