Plagiarism claiming authorship of someone else's work using someone else's words or thoughts without giving proper credit

Paraphrase using the ideas or words of another person, but stating them in your own way explaining an idea or concept in another way, usually to simplify or clarify

Fair Use allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from owners scholarship, review, parody, critique
