Page 5 3GPP2-S xxxA PMT Functions - Work Plan Management PMTeam members have responsibility for assigned TSG Work Plan Items from “the” Work Plan u allows monitoring of stage 1, 2, 3 development & milestones u PMT system allows for early detection of slips or non-compliance u This is not “Big Brother” looking over TSGs but rather TSG members taking an active role in keeping 3GPP2 on track PMT to make maximum use of tools & communications u available to all - common PMT member user experience with the system
Page 6 3GPP2-S xxxA PMT Functions - Release Plan Management Release Plan development in TSG-S by the PMTeam u same basic process as Work Plan development u while the Work Plan is primarily for internal 3GPP2 use, the Release Plan will have external customers
