Shared Vision Must be REAL Visions change and grow continuously VS. Missions persist in the face of change

Your Job….. If you Choose to Accept it… is to Help an organization create a Shared Vision by Creating a sense of purpose Bringing people (employees) together Fulfilling employees’ greatest aspirations
