4 Budgeting  All budgets must be well researched  Must explain specific needs of an event  Supporting materials must accompany requests

5 Budget Example Advisor is required for overnight trips, so make sure to put advisor cost in your budgets. When the committee reviews the budget, we look for justification of the need for a certain line List what you want in order of importance THE LINES OF CONSISTENCY CHANGE EVERY YEAR. THEY ARE FLUID!

16 Club Presentations  Clubs are not required to present, but it is highly encouraged  Presentations have no minimum time but have a 10 minute maximum  No A/V  If you have handouts please make 8 copies

18 Presentations  Sign up for a time to present in Student Programs and Leadership when you turn in your budget proposal  If you are absent during your presentation time WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU and you ARE NO LONGER GUARANTEED an opportunity to present

19 Presentations  Finance may ask some questions about your budget presentation, but please feel free to ask us any questions pertaining to budgeting.
