What we’ve achieved so far A section leader and full leader team for every section during 2010/ 2011 All group appointments fulfilled A group training day & support structure for leaders All leaders registered as members of SI Numerous activities and camping nights in all sections

What we’ve achieved so far Hall painting & upkeep – very pleasant place to be Very successful annual camps Sixer Councils & PLC’s operating

Targets for 2011/ 2012 Grow on the successes made in each section (numbers, youth led participation, activities) Transition to the new programme Leader training to be completed by all Fundraising for roof fix
