Orangutans By Kayla Zlotnik.

This Animal is… Oooh! Oooh! Aah! Aah! This is a report on the Orangutan. Have you ever wondered the Orangutan’s food and feeding, adaptations, and also its habitat?... Well you can now! After you read these three things about the Orangutan you will know a lot about the Orangutan. So learn and hear about the amazing animal the Orangutan.

Food and Feeding The Orangutans food and feeding is first that I’m going to talk to you about. Orangutans love to eat fruit. Almost up to 50 Orangutans can eat fruit in one tree. That’s a lot of Orangutans in 1 tree!! A kind of specific fruit would be bananas and pears or some kind of kiwi. Figs are a favorite choice!

Adaptations The second thing I’m going to talk to you about is the Orangutans adaptations. Orangutan eyes are dark brown, to protect their eyes from sunlight. Orangutans spend most of their day in the tree canopy. So it is no surprise that they have adapted to live in the trees. That’s all I have to say about one Orangutans adaptations.

Habitat The third thing I’m going to talk to you about is the Orangutan’s habitat. The Orangutans live in the trees in the rain forest. At night they sleep in the middle of a tree on a pile of sticks and leaves.

Now that you know That’s all I have to tell you about the Orangutan. I hope you learned a lot about the Orangutan as much as me. Also thank you for listening to my amazing story about the Orangutan.
