Emphasis Goals must be anchored –DO NOT ASSUME that they have been checked in the previous game. –DO NOT ASSUME that the anchors have not shifted or failed because they were checked for the previous match. –DO NOT ASSUME that there is no way the goals cannot fall over. –DO NOT START any match until all goals are securely anchored and cannot fall over.

Emphasis Goals must be anchored –If goals cannot be anchored, DO NOT PLAY the match. Do not yield to pressure from anyone to play the match. Simply declare the match abandoned and include all details in your match report.

Emphasis Substitutions On a throw-in, by the team in possession. Both teams can sub if ready when requested by the team in possession Applies to –U8 thru U12 –SFL (U14 thru U19) –ODSL (new), NCSL, WAGS
