Scope 101 projects in 41 lots Power station evacuation Closing the eastern flank of the national grid 5,590 MVA of 330/132kV transformer capacity 3,313 MVA of 132/33kV transformer capacity 2,194 km of 330kV lines 809 km of 132kV lines 10 new 330kV S/S 7 new 132kV S/S Expansion of 36 existing 330kV and 132kV S/S

Generation & Gas 6  Gas is primary constraint to effective utilzation of available capacity  Need to accelerate work at Gbarain, Egbema and Omoku where gas is available Transmission & Distribution  Power station evacuation and essential grid reinforcement Sapele: Lot 27 completed; Alaoji Tie-in: completed. Ihovbor: Lots 19-2 and 19-3 completion forecast June 2012 Geregu: Lots 15 and 22-2 responding to remediation instructions and working according to schedule to deliver additional power into Abuja;  Closure of eastern flank of national grid Lot 1, 2, 3 and 25-2 generally working according to schedule  Distribution injection substations being handed over as completed. Personnel and integrity of feeders are issues.
