One joint training calendar –with equal opportunities, delivered locally One joint Social Care Workforce Development Programme (SCWDP) –submission that includes the needs of both partnerships Pooled budgets –more training opportunities Co-ordinated approach to delivery of the SCWDP An emphasis on joint working towards –a more effective, economic, efficient and accessible service
