Seminar Question: Diabetic Clients What special concerns do diabetic patients have when undertaking an exercise program? What things will you need to consider to keep the client safe?

Seminar Question: Design a Program Pete is a 29 year old morbidly obese man. His weight is 315 pounds (height is 5’9”). Pete is seeking to lose weight and knows exercise is part of the weight loss process. Pete is willing to follow your recommendations, but he doesn’t want to “diet”. 1) What assessments/testing would you recommend? 2) What exercise program would you recommend? 3) What advice if any would you offer on Pete’s diet? Can he successfully lose weight without making dietary changes?
