The Profession of Nursing Required Skills –Strong communication skills –Ability to work as a team –Curiosity for further learning –Interest in new technology/approaches Explore Nursing –Part-time paid positions at a hospital –Shadowing –Volunteering

Orientation to Pre-Nursing Orientation will be July 16 th and 17 th Advisors will schedule your autumn classes You will learn more about the pre-nursing program You will meet other students in the pre- nursing major A newsletter will be sent out explaining more about orientation
