Directions 1 Make the pizza dough and knead it on a floured surface until smooth. 2. Once the pizza dough has been formed, lightly brush the crust with olive oil. This helps ensure a golden brown, crispy crust rather than a dry crust. For a lower-fat pizza, skip the oil altogether.
Directions 3. Top the crust with oregano, tomatoes and fresh basil.
Directions 4. Add a thin layer of cheese.
Directions 5. Put the pizza in the oven preheated at 200 degrees C. Close the oven door and let the pizza bake.
Directions 6. The pizza is done when the cheese is melted and medium to dark brown in color. Carefully remove the pizza with the peel and let it cool slightly.
