 The Golgi Body is just a blob.  It consists of flat, disk-shaped sacs, tubules, and vesicles.  The Golgi complex gathers simple molecules and combines them to make molecules that are more complex.

 The Golgi Body is located in the cytoplasm of the cell it is a free floating structure. They are found throughout e cell so they may package protein more efficiently.  The Golgi Body is usually found near the nucleus.

 The Golgi apparatus is often considered the distribution and shipping department for the cell's chemical products.  It modifies the proteins and lipids that have been built up in the endoplasmic reticulum and gets them ready for export outside of the cell or to other locations in the cell.  Its pretty much like a UPS or FedEx exporting goods outside the cell and in it.

 Plant and animal cells are usually the common place to find the cells but all cells do have them.  Animal cell Plant Cell
