2006 NATIONAL SALES MEETING ex-cel – to be better or to do better than others; to be superior to others

Leasing- A customers view  Three questions on every sale:  What to buy, Who should I buy it from and How do I pay for it? Have you provided the WHOLE solution?  If your not answering each question there could be opportunities that you are missing  Include a leasing and financing option on EVERY quote!  Identify your customer’s method of payment and source of funds and ask them if they would like to get a competitive quote or look at another leasing or financing option

Sell more with Leasing!  Once you’ve identified financing or leasing as a method of payment begin to make cost comparisons in monthly payments  $10,000 price difference is $210/ mo. Or $7.00 per day…can you cost justify an additional $7.00 per day?  Put your customer in the equipment that is BEST for him regardless of price. If there is a real opportunity to sell add-on options that benefit the customer, show him how easy and inexpensive those options can be on a monthly payment  $15,000 of options for $315/month…can the options pay for themselves? Can they make your customer’s car wash investment more profitable?  Special structures needed? Flex leases, seasonal leases, deferred payment leases, simple interest loans…let Patriot Capital match the customer’s cash flow to the proper financial product.

 Patriot Capital Corporation is happy to announce application only up to $150,000.  This means that your customer can complete our simple one-page application and qualify for up to $150,000 in less than 48 hours.  Increased requirements for $150,000 app only are: 1.5 years in business 2.Must be a dealer or Marketer, not for investor car wash 3.Replacement equipment only (or better credits) 4.Subject to credit approval $150,000 Application Only!
