My name is Claire Perrin Houdon, I am French and work with Handicap International since 2002, initially in Cambodia for 6 years, then in Sri Lanka for 2,5 years and I am based in Haiti since September My education background is social worker and I use to work 10 years in France in several centers for young children, I was mainly in charge of the pedagogical projects and staff training. Then I got a master on Education and Training in International Cooperation and moved to Cambodia, working for different organizations. With Handicap International, I start as Education project manager and then as technical Coordinator in charge of socio and economic projects, accessibility and child protection.

Wage employment: –Strategies to enter in partnerships with private sector : has HI any concrete experience in working with Chambers of Commerce to promote the employment of people with disability in private sectors? –Strategies to coach employers on long term process to guaranty the inclusion of people with disability Self employment: –what approach and method to support people in identifying diversify and a forte plus value IGA? –What training to provide to people with low level of education?
