How to put Animations into your PowerPoint  There are different types of animations that you can place in your PowerPoint Slide Transitions/Animations Animations within your PowerPoint slide

STEP 1: Click on the ‘Animation’ tag. This tool bar will come up. STEP 2: Move your cursor along these to choose a slide animation for the particular slide This is where you pick how slow/long it takes to change slides. Here you can quickly apply whatever a ‘Transition Sound’ for the slide, you can also set the ‘Transition Speed’ You can also apply your choices to all slides

STEP 1: Select/Highlight the item that you want to animate – this could be text/ picture/ textbox/ Shape/ Smart Art etc. STEP 2: Click on ‘Custom Animation” in the ‘Animation’ Tab STEP 3:This side screen will come up. Click on ‘ADD EFFECT’ STEP 4:You can choose from Entrance Emphasis Exit Motion Paths

Custom Animations  When you have Animated your text/ picture/ shape etc it will appear in the side window  To edit an animation just click on it, you will be given a choices Start Direction Speed Modify as you see necessary You can double click your animation and another window Will pop up You can provide you Animation with sound and also time it
