Music from a CD or downloaded file In Sound Tools (double click on sound icon to get Sound Tools), you can choose Play Automatically, When Clicked or Across Slides. This is set to play Automatically and across the following slides. You must also save your music where the PowerPoint can find it. Save your music to the same folder as the presentation before adding it to your slide.

Background Options If you want each slide to have a different background, right click on the slide and choose Format Background from the drop down menu. You will get this dialog box which will allow you To make choices about the background of your slide. You can also choose Apply to All if you want to have your design on all slides. Experiment with the options to find the look you want.

Design Templates Click the Design tab to choose a design template for your slideshow. These options will apply the same design to all your slides and give a uniform and professional look to your presentation. In this toolbar you will also find buttons for colors, fonts, effects and background styles. Use them to change the look of your template design.
