PBIS: KICKOFF! PBIS means having a respectful, responsible and caring school community.

PBIS Successful communities require members to be respectful, responsible, and caring citizens

WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE IN OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY? Respectful

WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE IN OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY? Responsible

WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE IN OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY? Caring and Safe

BEHAVIORAL MATRIX Our PBIS team and the adults in our school community have developed the following guidelines for behavior in our school. These guidelines will be implemented throughout the course of the year. Let’s see how close our ideas align.

We will continue to learn more about this matrix as the year progresses.

TODAY’S AGENDA: Today is a great opportunity to demonstrate all that Maple Avenue is as a community. We will be taking part in activities that will show how respectful, responsible and caring we all are. We will be moving from activity to activity by homeroom. Lunch and flex will remain the same. We will end the day by returning to homeroom to reflect on today’s activities. Please let your homeroom teacher know if you have an early dismissal.
