U N I V E R S I T A R I A © Ximo WHAT IS VALORISATION? It is the French equivalent term for 'dissemination and exploitation of results'. WHAT IS ‘DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOTATION OF RESULTS’? This term refers to activities designed to ensure that the results of a project are appropriately recognised, demonstrated and implemented on a wide scale. VALORISATION - INTRODUCTION

U N I V E R S I T A R I A © Ximo EX - ANTE VALORISATION It involves planning, dissemination and exploitation of results from the beginning of a project. It is based on an ex – ante needs analysis of target group towards which the project is addressed. It involves interaction between the promoters of the project and the target group during the product development (Feedback). This process ensures more impact and sustainability of a project. EX - POST VALORISATION It involves dissemination and exploitation after the project has finished, when the results have been developed and are ready to be used. Late dissemination and exploitation of results reduces the chances for the project to have real impact. VALORISATION - STAGES

U N I V E R S I T A R I A © Ximo Florida (leader of work package 6):  Ex – ante stage: find target group, test website, course design and activities for feedback.  Ex – post stage: send a calendar based on valorisation actions in proposal: EIT portal and online promotion Promotional leaflets, posters, booklets Writing and editing articles and papers Developing demo CDs, flash presentations Attendance to fairs, exhibitions, conferences, seminars Press, TV and radio coverage Presentations and workshops for target groups Closing conference (date?)
