Board: Funding, Coach, Players, Supporters, Infrastructure, Revenue Generation.

Coach: Player I.D. And Purchase (Business Case to Board) Training Programs/Player Development Assessment of Opposition Game Plan Development Performance Management (Players) Player Personal Development Effective Use Of Coaching Staff Teamwork, Team Building, Pride, Identity Vary Plans As Season Develops/Outcomes Assessed

Success: Only if all aspects are in harmony! Everything being done to achieve the vision & objective. e.g: Coach would not play injured players to win a game if that would jeopardise long term goals. -Decisions have to made -Specialist advice sought for example, Medico/Physio Would Coach make the right decisions if he did not know what the Strategic Plan was and how he contributed TO IT!!

Board: Review plan at end of first season: -Are we on track? -Adjust if necessary (sack the coach) Coach: Review strategies 3 monthly and operational plans weekly. If they won, would the Strategic Plan change? What happened to ‘Storm’?
