When the student arrives… The student will either report to a holding room or to the cafeteria if they are eating breakfast.

If the student is absent… A parent/guardian must send a written note or professional documentation within 3 days of returning to school. Failure to provide an excuse within 3 days will result in a permanent unexcused absence. Students who are absent due to excused (hand-written excuses) or unexcused reasons for a total of more than ten (10) days for the year, must present professional verification for any additional absences. All planned absences must be pre-approved by Mr. Hammock or Mrs. Hollimon.

Check-in/Check-out All check-ins and check-outs go through the front office. A parent/guardian must come into the office to check out a student. Check-ins or check-outs will be determined by InformationNow.

(No soft drinks or fast-food items) If a student is out of lunch money, they may borrow some from the office, but they are required to pay the money back to the office. The student cannot borrow again until all money has been paid back.
