A little Info on Deborah Grate Frink…… She was born on December 16, 1972 Her deceased brother inspired her. Her favorite author growing up was Mildred Taylor. Her favorite author now is Maya Angelou Deborah does wish she had more time to write but she loves to teach. She has read the Giver over six times Her favorite place to write is her living room.

About Blinded by Colors Racism started out as a problem at first. Some people were Blinded by Colors and others weren’t. There were many struggles through the book but some how it all leveled out. Johnny and Lynn seemed to come from two different worlds, but they always stood together when something came up about their friendship. Together they survived all of their difficulties.
