CAST and OLI CAST is a nonprofit research and development organization that works to expand learning opportunities for all individuals, especially those with disabilities, through Universal Design for Learning. As a recognized leader in Open Education, OLI builds and improves scientifically-based online courses, contributing original research ti improve learning and transform higher education.
