STAFF TRAINING Tutors are expected to be able to address most student needs at Page One. Responsible for ongoing training and learning (5 hours/quarter professional development) Once per quarter: all staff training Throughout the quarter: grammar workshops, writing norming workshops, all-tutor meetings to discuss areas of concern
