Incentive/Disincentive Provisions: Incentive Payment The Contractor will receive an incentive payment of $12, for each calendar day the work is completed ahead of the Original Contract Time Bid, up to a maximum of $1,000, For the incentive payment calculation, contract time will be adjusted only for a catastrophic event (hurricane or declared emergency).
