Design and establish a network of exam centres. Permanent – Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wellington, Motueka, Christchurch Laptop – Whangarei, North Shore, Tauranga, Rotorua, New Plymouth, Hastings, Dunedin, Queenstown, Invercargill. Recruited and trained 32 exam supervisors. What did we have to do? Delivery Network

Convert approx 8,000 questions for computer delivery. Setup all the exams in Tasman. Develop and produce workbooks for 7 subjects. What did we have to do? Question Bank Management CheckExam Set upGap Analysis Commission additional questions Test questions Deliver questions Continuous improvement

Computer delivery started on 29 th June for professional exams. Centres - Permanent and Laptop centres operational. We have had minor connectivity problems, but on the whole the network is operating well. Question banks. A few of the diagrams have had to be improved for clarity. Exam demonstration developed which is available on our book website. A number of queries on question feedback. Feedback is part of quality system and not checked after every exam. How are we going?

PPL computer exam delivery by end of year. Further expansion of the question banks to provide greater syllabus coverage. Review of the laptop centres based on demand. What’s next?
