Biology Survey Create a list of survey questions that determines the clients genetic history such as family history of eye color, hair color, child birth order, freckles, eyesight, hair texture, hair length, left handed, right handed, premature births, obesity, etc... (male child, then female child) ***Must be at least 30 questions
