To accommodate service delivery in the Fall 2016: Final RTS agreement needs to be made by late Spring/Early Summer 2016 Accelerated the discussion on levels of service to December Board directed Staff on 12/15 to develop Level of Service proposal to increase service for home to work trips. RTS Budget Process

RTS proposes to keep $64.88/hour negotiated in 2012, similar calculation for 2015 would yield $71.74/hour RTS Rate Calculation

Commission asked for information on MSTU-U collected within Route 7 and Route 75 areas. MSTU-U collected within a ½ mile: Route 7 = $23,835 Route 75 = $453,121 MSTU within Service Areas

Current County Share of Routes 69,090 hours of fixed route service in the unincorporated area Value of this service at proposed rate is $1,709,230 County expected contribution/fee at existing service level is $903,684 Balance of unincorporated area service is funded through UF and Santa Fe College

RTS has conducted a Home-Work Trip study in 2015 Route 75 to Route 1 has best job coverage with a single transfer (Covers 428 jobs). Staff proposes extending span of service on weekends to provide for better coverage for shift workers. Home-Work Trips
