The UMS – Utilities Maintenance Supervisor queries Maximo by putting Status: APPR Supervisor: LANDERSON Click on the globe All assigned work orders will appear on View list
Utilities Maintenance Supervisor changes status to SCHED Adds Scheduled date Adds Lead Craft NOTE: If work order is not ready to be assigned a lead Craft. Work order is put into status: GMDHOLD Reason is put in long description
Crew leader takes a copy of the Work order to the warehouse. Warehouse pulls the items, writes how much of each item is pulled, initials the paper work writes the serialized number of the meter Quantity Filled out by Crew leader Warehouse writes how much Issued and initials who pulled the inventory. Writes the serialized number of the meter
Warehouse issues parts from Issues and Transfers screen
Work is done in the field Work order is returned to Data Entry person Click on Actuals Tab to post the Labor first
Click on Materials Tab to post any additional material used off the truck
Vehicle time is posted
Equipment screen is updated. Some fields will auto populate from Information on the Operating Location Screen. The remainder needs to be Manually entered. Once screen is updated click on Specification tab
Specification tab is updated With Size, Purpose and End Type Hit save or click on equipment tab to update.
Work order is now completed Status change: COMP Init Dept: ENG Route to Dept change: CS Route to Division/MRC change: NS Work Type: NS
