Call Campaign ◦ GOAL: contact students who were enrolled in Fall 2011 and then were not enrolled in Fall Understand why they left ◦ Discoveries Our processes for identifying and sorting students can be improved: 2832 student names were pulled – some had graduated Our resources for contacting students are limited: interviewing students and problem solving is a specialized skill set
