Process Flow ARRIVAL Passengers will be met at the end of the air bridge by a local agent holding a name-sign Passengers will be escorted through immigration, expedited where available. Passengers will be assisted with luggage at baggage reclaim. Ongoing ground transportation will be contacted and passenger's will be escorted curb-side to the vehicle parked directly outside the terminal. DEPARTURE Having liaised with passengers ground transportation in advance, Passengers will be met curb-side and assisted with luggage. Passengers will be assisted fully through the check-in procedure and escorted through security, expedited where available. If their airline ticket permits them access, passengers will be escorted to an airline lounge or assisted fully in the departures hall. Passengers will be notified when it is time to board and escorted right up to the departure gate. CURB-SIDE OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL
