Navigating a Patron Record

They are:  Check Out  Details  Fines  Circulation History  Notices  Statistics The tabs highlighted in BLUE are the only tabs requiring student staff attention.

Details The ‘Details’ tab provides background & contact information on the patron and their messaging preferences. Fines The ‘Fines’ tab provides outstanding fees and fee history Circulation History The ‘Circulation History’ tab provides a record of the patron’s checkouts at Everett Library. Please remember, a patron’s circulation history is protected by applicable Privacy Laws. You may provide this information to the Patron, but you may not share this information with others. Patron privacy is sacrosanct! Notices The ‘Notice’ tab provides a listing of notices that have been sent to the patron regarding their account. Statistics The ‘Statistics’ tab provides a numerical assessment of the patron’s circulation habits.
