Defining Your CSR

1. Know the NGO History of the organisation Understanding their perspective on the identified issue Experience of the organisation Present activities of the organisation

Understand the governance of the organisation…know the people who will handle the relationship Involvement of board members in the activities of the organisation, financial control, perspective about work/ issue. Point of view and understanding of employees and volunteers of the organisation. Fulfillment of statutory requirements – 12A, Society/ Trust registration, Audit certifications, FCRA if any, PF and labour department registration.
